Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your art in its original protective packaging and internal padding to ensure it arrives back at our studio undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
